RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, if a product is found to be faulty or if the package arrives damaged due to shipping, it may be returned for a thorough assessment. In such cases, the cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is reviewed, a refund or replacement may be issued based on the findings. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged during shipping, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or a full refund.
